Program
KAF
Friday, 24.04.2026 | 5pm
At Krupa Art Foundation, as part of the Focus on the Collection exhibition, we invite you to join a walk during which art will become a starting point for working with words. The works presented from the KAF collection will be treated not only as objects to view, but also as impulses for creating your own narratives—personal, intuitive, and unconventional.
During the walk, selected artworks will serve as inspiration for writing short texts of your own. Drawing on both poetic and prose forms of expression, we will look at the exhibited works through the lens of metaphors and brief stories. We will explore what art communicates to us and how we communicate with (and through) art. We will take a closer look at material, texture, and color, while also experimenting with writing techniques inspired by the surrealists, Aristotle, and Stephen King. We will examine the structure of a well-crafted sentence and see what can emerge from loose associations and just three words.
