July – August 2026
Join us forBreathe Through Art, a summer series of workshops where the exhibition spaces of Krupa Art Foundation become a place for mindful movement, conscious breathing, and deep restoration.
The artworks on view will serve as direct inspiration for somatic practices. Throughout the workshops, we will explore how engaging with art influences our bodies, breath, and emotions, discovering new ways of experiencing both ourselves and the artworks around us. Somatic movement is based on gentle, slow sequences performed with mindfulness and respect for the body’s natural abilities. Complemented by breathwork, the practice helps regulate the nervous system, deepen concentration, and create space for rest and renewal.
Breathe Through Art is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself, and experience art through the awareness of the whole body.
The workshops are led by Paulina Galanciak-Ilczyszyn, a certified Lowen Method teacher, body and breath facilitator, and founder of Wytchnienie.
