Time to say goodbye to love…
After three intense months filled with emotion and unforgettable experiences, we are bidding farewell to our current exhibitions: Neurobiology of Love, Struck, A Name Without an Exhibition, An Exhibition Without a Name, and the immersive experience In the Dark Waters of Love.
Before we begin dismantling these shows, we invite you to join us for a special farewell weekend — a series of events that will symbolically close this chapter in the history of Krupa Art Foundation. Below you’ll find the full program:
Friday, 30 May 2025, 6:00 PM
Curatorial & Artist Tour of Neurobiology of Love
With curator Boris Ondreička and artist Luboš Plný
Neurobiology of Love explores the meeting point of art and science, delving into love through the lens of neuroaesthetics. Curator Boris Ondreička invites visitors to reflect on love as a multifaceted phenomenon — from romantic ideals to corporeal experience. Featured artists include Szilvia Bolla, Joey Holder, Denisa Lehocká, Ursula Mayer, Luboš Plný, and Iza Tarasewicz.
Admission included with the exhibition ticket.
Saturday, 31 May 2025, 7:00 PM
Performance: A Sigh’s Vapour (a musical love gesture)
by JP1 (Jana Shostak and Piotr Adamski)
Join us for a sensory performance built on deep bass and whispered voices. A Sigh’s Vapour is a sonic tribute to Darwin’s theory of the love song as the origin of music. Expect an intimate experience — whispered rap, “thermal imaging” of a song, and a shared listening of time itself.
Sunday, 1 June 2025, 12:00 PM
Curator Tour of A Name Without an Exhibition, An Exhibition Without a Name
With young curators from Jaskółka Primary Art School
The second presentation of Sylwia and Piotr Krupa’s collection has been co-curated by children aged 6–12 from Wrocław’s Jaskółka School. These young curators have shaped the exhibition through their own interpretations — and now, they’ll guide visitors through it, sharing their unique sensibilities and fresh perspectives. A perfect way to celebrate Children’s Day!
Admission included with the exhibition ticket.
Sunday, 1 June 2025, 5:30 PM
Curatorial & Artist Tour of Struck
With curator Kasia Piskorz and artists Agnieszka Mastalerz and Conrad Hübbe
Struck is a powerful examination of love as a force of power, control, and biological determinism. This guided tour — led by the curator and participating artists — will offer deeper insight into the reimagining of the myths of Eros and Cupid, and love as a tool of influence.
Admission included with the exhibition ticket.
See you at Krupa Art Foundation — one last time, in the rhythm of love.
