November 23, 2024 – March 2, 2025
We invite you to a workshop exploring how “natural” and “artificial” intelligence can influence each other. The session will be led by Kinga Bartniak-Król, a visual researcher, graphic designer, and STEAM educator.
February 21, 6:00–7:30 PM | Workshop for adults
February 22, 12:00–1:30 PM | Workshop for youth (ages 10–13)
A ticket costs 50 PLN and includes participation in one workshop.
Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours and is designed for two age groups: youth (ages 10–13) and adults. Every participant will receive specially prepared worksheets with tasks to support the creative process.
A smartphone or tablet with internet access is required to take part in the workshop.
Artificial intelligence, once just a vision in 1950s science fiction books, has now become part of our everyday lives. From the first attempts to create machines capable of solving simple problems to advanced algorithms that support us in creative work, AI is revolutionizing many fields, including art.
Today, machines can generate images, music, and even text based on prompts—instructions created by humans. But what if, instead of us guiding the machine, the machine becomes our guide in the creative process?
We will engage in a dynamic cycle of creative exchange (machine > human > machine > machine > human…) until we achieve a final piece that we consider complete. Our inspiration will come from the KAF space and the artworks displayed in the exhibition. The result of the workshop will be both audio and visual pieces, which you will take home. Additionally, you will receive educational materials with exercises and links to AI tools that will remain at your disposal.
