Program
KAF
Saturday, 31.01.2026 | 5pm
Join us for a meeting with with the artists (Chloé Arrouy and the Woman Antenas, Agata Lankamer and Agata Konarska) and Natalia Barczyńska, the exhibition curator, during which she will discuss the concept and process of creating the exhibition. In the basement spaces of KAF, we will explore works by French artist Chloé Arrouy, the duo Woman Antennas (Agata Lankamer and Agata Konarska), as well as historical objects by Tadeusz Kantor. The tour will show how different media and perspectives merge into a narrative about the body, violence, memory, and performance—both in material and digital forms.
Participants will learn how the exhibition examines contemporary and historical tools of coercion, from medieval pillories to digital “torture devices,” and how it intertwines private, political, and social threads into a multilayered interpretation of cruelty. This is an opportunity to discuss the body, power, resistance, and the relationships between the artists, the curator, and the audience.
