About the "Clues" – New Presentation at the Krupa Art Foundation gallery
The new edition of the Krupa Art Foundation gallery is an exploration of breaking down the world into smaller parts to understand how we shape our reality. The title “Clues” refers to three parallel exhibitions, with the connections between maps, space, and memory serving as the starting point. The exhibition will feature works by artists such as Małgorzata Mirga-Tas, Andy Warhol, and Wilhelm Sasnal, among others.

Tomasz Wencek – He cooks to bring people joy – joy from delicious food, from sharing a meal with others, from moments of pause and tranquility, and from dinners where unforgettable moments happen. His cooking is a blend of his experiences, starting with helping his mother prepare meals, discovering the wild nature with his father and brother, and his inspiring work at top restaurants in Barcelona – Coure and Alkimia (1* Michelin), along with memorable fine dining meals in Berlin, Copenhagen, and London, as well as delicious street food from Southern Italy and distant Peru.
Through years of working as a chef and head chef at the Dinette bistro in Wrocław, he discovered that the most important aspect of cooking is the ingredients – their freshness, quality, and origin. He cooks in line with the seasonal calendar and tries to make use of local products. He prepares elegant, subtle, and comforting dishes. His hidden passion is cooking with fire – over an open flame, on the grill, or underground. He currently runs the Mniej Więcej Foundation, where he transforms food surpluses into meals for marginalized individuals.
