On the last day of summer vacation, we invite families with children aged 8-12 to play in a space filled with art. Yoga instructor Paulina Galanciak-Ilczyszyn will lead movement activities. We will explore various ways of moving by performing exercises and choreographed sequences.
In August, during a creative session, children collaborated with KinoManual to create an animation inspired by a painting by Edward Krasiński. The blue line from his painting—part of the Sylwia and Piotr Krupa collection—was set into motion using animation techniques! The result will be showcased in the immersive room, a multi-screen space at the Krupa Art Foundation that allows visitors to literally immerse themselves in art, deepening the experience.
During the September meeting in this art-filled space created by children, we invite you to join us for a movement activity. In addition to animating the blue line, we’ll also set our bodies in motion! We’ll experiment with shapes, space, and sounds. We’ll use a variety of materials: gymnastics tapes and bags, fabric sheets, and aerial silks. We’ll work in pairs, individually, and as a group. Together, we will test different ways of moving by performing exercises and choreographed sequences.

Paulina Galanciak-Ilczyszyn is a yoga instructor, somatic practitioner, bodyworker, and cultural animator. Professionally, she helps people connect with their bodies through movement, massage, and breathwork, combining all these aspects in the space she calls “Wytchnienie” (Respite). She has explored Latin dances, pole dancing, CrossFit, kettlebells, kickboxing, yoga, and calisthenics. Always a fan of experimentation, she enjoys testing the body’s various possibilities. Currently, she draws the most from somatics, yoga, animalistic and intuitive movement. Her son is a beautiful source of inspiration for her movement practice.
Paulina is formally certified as a Hatha/Vinyasa yoga teacher (5elements), prenatal yoga instructor (5elements), yoga for people with special needs (Special Yoga), and Animal Flow instructor. She has completed the Dance Therapy and Movement Analysis Techniques Course and holds a Lomi Lomi massage certification (Bodywork Aga Rybak). She is also studying at the Living Somatics Teacher Training School and has undergone numerous Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshops.
For over a decade, she worked as a cultural animator, co-founding TIFF Collective Foundation. Currently, alongside other projects, she collaborates with Krupa Art Foundation, leading the movement-dance workshop series “WYTAŃCZ TO!” (Dance It Out!).
The event is part of the project “Primo! – Art First.” The project is co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, with funds from the Culture Promotion Fund – a national targeted fund.
